A Few Of My Favorite Things…

by Eva 1 Comment

Hey guys! Just thought I would take a minute today to share some of my favorite things with you all. Most of them are fairly inexpensive and some even come from teen business owners! If you need a fun gift for a friend (or want to reward yourself since school will be over soon) take a look!

Zandra Beauty

Zandra Beauty is an amazing online store where you can buy all kinds of scrubs, lip balm, body wash and more! The best thing about it though? It’s made for teens by a teen and 10% of all the not profits are donated to support girls education. You can buy a yummy smelling body lotion and support a good cause!

I want to try the Japanese Kumquat just because of the saying on the front! 🙂

Positivity Pack

Know someone who is feeling down or having a rough week? Send them something special! Positivity Packs are fun little packages that you can mail to your friends to cheer them up. They come with candy, confetti, balloons and a bunch of other cute stuff. I have to make a confession though…I bought one for myself. It got here a few days ago and the bubble wrap kept me happy all afternoon!

James is a teen from Ireland and is just getting his business going. Isn’t it a great idea? We all need more ‘positive’ in our lives!

So happy!

KeKe Soaps

Who doesn’t love handmade soaps? They are so pretty and truly are like works of art. Kealie is an amazing teen entrepreneur who also supports a good cause with her business. They make really great gifts and you are helping to fight bullying at the same time!

Compass Cuff Links

These cuff links by redtruckdesigns are pretty neat. You can find them on her Etsy shop and they are only $15! I have such a hard time finding gifts for my brother that I can actually afford and that he would enjoy.

Harry Potter Pencils

These are advertised for Valentine’s Day but my mom bought me some of these adorable pencils for my birthday. The great thing about the shop is you can get pencils custom made with your own sayings. The packaging is super cute so they make a great gift. I know that $12 for a pack of pencils seems a little steep but as a Harry Potter fan I think they are totally worth it!

Do you have a go-to gift that is unique and not terribly expensive? I would love to see! Just leave a link in the comments!

Oh my word, positivity packs are wonderful! He should contact megachurches at the end of August and try to advertise with them – parents sending their kids off to college would probably love to know that exists.

Hi guys, I’m Eva!

Welcome to TeensGotCents, my name is Eva Baker and I founded this site when I was sixteen. I'm a complete money nerd and I love helping teens learn how money works. Also, I watch too much Netflix. Although I still have a lot to learn about personal finance I hope you will use my successes and failures to help reach your own goals whether you want to go to college debt free, get a part time job, work on a fun DIY project that will save you money or just read about ways you can learn to manage your money well as a teen. So glad you're here! Read more about my story here.

Zan Campbell knows a thing or two about making a good first impression with the way you dress. As a helicopter pilot with the US Navy, he’s had to really work his way to the top, and one of the ways he did this is by styling himself in a way that was memorable and professional. Zan stops by the blog to give his best advice for teens who want to class up their looks and use fashion to their advantage.
