Personally, I even find it hard sometimes to get up and get a workout in. For the most part it’s just a mental thing. A good 90% of the time when I put my workout out clothes on and start my warm up I feel motivated to finish. One thing I like to do is keep a jar on my dresser in my room. Every time I get a workout in I put $1 in the jar. At the end of every month I count up my money and buy new workout clothes or something I’ve really wanted. It works, trust me! When working out from home it is helpful to find a good, free app like NTC (Nike Training Club), an app that I have used. It has multiple workouts which target different areas of the body. One of the best parts about it is that it includes workouts from 7-45 minutes long. This way you know exactly how much time you are going to spend.
